Public Space Site Evaluations: Context-oriented research identifies connections between site-specific problems or issues and the surrounding social and physical environment. This approach allows design, development, management and programming decisions to be supported, rather than undermined, by a site's context and natural public use. Pre-Development Evaluation: Site analyses for public use projects in early planning and design stages address client concerns and expectations about potential public access, use, and expressive activity, as well as open space conceptual plan and development requirements. Post-Development Evaluation: Site analyses for existing public spaces identify specific activity, design, and/or management factors that compromise public space quality. Site Evaluation Reports: Site analysis summary: description/illustration of actual and/or potential site factors, conditions, and related issues; context-oriented review of client goals and interests; explanation of site dynamics; Targeted strategic plan: presentation of design, planning, development, and/or managment solutions to achieving goals and safeguarding interests; Site evaluations also include
optional in-person consultant presentation of the Site
